Chaldea is digital astrology software for chart analysis, timing workflows, research, and AI-assisted interpretation. Use it thoughtfully; it is not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.

Use of the site and product
You may use Chaldea for lawful personal, educational, research, or professional astrology workflow purposes. Do not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm other people.
Digital service description
Chaldea provides online software access to natal chart calculation, Hellenistic synthesis, timing techniques, electional astrology tools, corpus-backed research, multi-chart sessions, and AI-assisted chart conversations. Features may vary by plan and may change as the product improves.
Beta access
Chaldea may be offered through private beta, invite waves, or limited-access cohorts. During beta, features may change, appear, disappear, or be limited while the service hardens. Access may be paused or revoked if needed to protect users, data, infrastructure, or product quality.
Subscriptions, billing, and currency
Paid plans are digital software subscriptions billed in United States dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing information.
Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Chaldea does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal through available account billing tools or by emailing hello@chaldea.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
No professional advice
Chaldea produces astrological analysis and research assistance. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using the product.
User content and chart data
You are responsible for the birth data, chart data, prompts, notes, and other content you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use. By using the service, you allow Chaldea to process submitted data as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the product.
Intellectual property
The Chaldea site, software, branding, original content, interface, and product design are owned by Heliacal, Inc. or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Source texts, quotations, and cited materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No guarantees
We work to make Chaldea accurate and reliable, but the service is provided as-is, especially during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, perfect chart interpretation, or that the product will meet every use case.
